Manny Kaloyannides
President
Manny began his career in the litigation support and data management business in 1999. His career began on the production floor where he learned the importance of accuracy and deadlines. “Under promise and over deliver” are words the company is built on. He opened his first business 30 years ago and understands unparallel service, cutting edge technology and cost efficiencies are the keys to success. Mr. Kaloyannides is responsible for overseeing the growth of the business and service offerings.
Rob Draper
Vice President / Principal
Rob Draper joined Global Legal Discovery in 2009, and currently serves as Vice President. Rob oversees and provides executive leadership for Global Legal Discovery’s Technologies and Client Services solutions. He leads the strategic and tactical evolution of all client-focused services, addressing the changing market with service offerings to ensure nimble project management and excellent project outcomes.
Prior to joining Global Legal Discovery, Rob most recently served as Managing Director of another legal support firm. His past work endeavors have helped him gain subject matter expertise in electronic discovery, project management, document analysis, technical operations management and trial coordination. Rob holds extensive practical and strategic experience consulting with clients and assisting legal teams with technical and project management services from the inception of a lawsuit to its final appeal. During his 14 years of experience working in electronic discovery and litigation support, Rob has held numerous executive level positions at service providers.
Rob was born in Buffalo, NY and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Detroit Mercy, with a major in Business Administration focused on Business Consulting.
Paul Maggio
Chief Operating Officer / Principal
Paul is the former Operations Manager for eMag Solutions. He has more than eighteen years of information technology and Electronic Data Discovery industry experience. His eDiscovery experience and expertise includes leading eDiscovery initiatives and providing instruction to eDiscovery professionals performing tasks such as file and email data restoration from backup media; file format conversions; de-duplication, redaction and keyword searching of files and emails; as well as computer forensic methods. Specifically, Paul was part of the team that restored Laura Zubulake’s e-mails for USB Warburg v Zubulake. Paul has a work history of providing outstanding eDiscovery results to a diverse set of clients spanning projects with aggressive deadlines and technical complexities. He is also experienced at project estimating and writing eDiscovery proposals. He is considered by many a leader in the EDD marketplace for his extensive knowledge of the EDD tools and processes available today.
Paul earned a BS in Operations Research from the U.S. Air Force Academy and served our country for 5 years as an Officer in the US Air Force.
Holmes Cooper
Vice President of Electronic Services / Principal
After serving as a judicial law clerk, Homes practiced law in the areas of mass tort and general litigation. Thereafter, he held the position of Litigation Practice Consultant with King & Spalding, LLP. Switching gears, he then became the Regional Technology Director for Onsite3 for 6 years, in charge of EDD, forensics, scanning and blowback services for the Atlanta office. Just prior to joining Global Legal Discovery, he was Senior Project Manager with Integreon Managed Solutions.
Mr. Cooper was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University in 1990. He is a Louisiana State University Law School graduate and received his Jurist Doctorate in 1996. He is married and has two children.
Frank D’Andrea
Senior Project Consultant / Principal
Frank has 35 years of sales and service experience, 15 of those years in the Litigation Support Industry. He has worked on numerous high profile cases both with AMLaw100 firms as well as the US Government, City of Atlanta Law Department and the State of Georgia’s legal sectors. He has extensive experience dealing with copy, scanning and trial services as well as electronic discovery and marketing departments both in the legal and corporate community.
Frank is a decorated United States Marine Corps veteran who served in Vietnam. He also was a small business owner for 15 years dealing with clients in the sales and services industry before coming to the Atlanta Legal Community in 1995.
Ben DeCastro
Managing Partner / Production Manager
Responsible for making sure client projects involving copying, imaging and graphics are delivered on-time and to maximum client satisfaction. Ben has worked with top companies in the areas of litigation and document handling such as DTI, IKON & Global Legal Copy. During his junior year in Accounting at Northeastern Illinois University, he worked as an auditor for AON Corporation. He then moved on to work for Global Legal Copy as Production Manager. He is a true people-person who involves himself hands-on in every step of the production process. His exceptional work ethic contributed to the success of Global Legal Copy in Chicago, Illinois. As the company grew in size, services and revenue, Ben led the production team that made the company highly competitive among the top companies in the state.
Today, Ben brings 16 years of experience to Global Legal Discovery since joining in 2008. Ben manages the production staff and assists in the management of day-to-day operations. He maintains efficiency and productivity needed to uphold the company’s top priority of delivering high quality services. In everything he does, Ben continues to live up to his words “Nothing is impossible with Global Legal Discovery.”
Jackson Faw
Senior Regional Sales Consultant
Jackson Faw has more than 15 years experience in the litigation industry with a focus on developing workflow strategies related to large and complex Multi District Litigations for AM Law top 100 law firms and Fortune 500 corporate legal departments. Jackson was a key consultant on one of the largest class action Healthcare matters in the country, involving tens of millions of pages of ESI and scanned paper documents loaded to a database shared by dozens of law firms across the US.
With a background in litigation support at an Atlanta based AM Law top 100 law firm, Jackson’s career in the legal services industry includes over five years in sales engineering and project management. As a Business Developer working with some of the largest companies in the world, Jackson has concentrated on helping his customers control costs and increase effectiveness through utilizing technology and a holistic approach to the discovery lifecycle.
John Stahl
National Director of Corporate Sales
John Stahl recently joined Global Legal Discovery, and currently serves as National Director of Corporate Sales. John is responsible for developing Global Legal Discovery’s presence both in domestic and international corporate legal matters regarding electronic discovery, case management, and litigation services.
Prior to joining Global Legal Discovery, John served as national sales manager for Toshiba America where he was responsible for establishing a national presence by expanding relationships with some of Toshiba’s largest global and national accounts to date. John has a proven history of formulating strategies and tactics to assist companies increase overall efficiencies and processes in regard to managing their document workflow while providing exceptional customer service.
John earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Albion College with a major in International Business. John served our Country in The United States Marine Corps as a veteran for eight years, and married with two children.
Jonathan Gudger
Program Manager / Systems Analyst
With a diverse background in business management, IT infrastructure, and corporate client support, Jonathan Gudger has been a part of the Global Legal Team since 2009. His involvement in the ground-up construction of Global Legal Discovery’s data processing platforms leverages cutting edge hardware and software resources, which yield speed, throughput, and flexibility rarely seen in this industry.
While overseeing the extremely fast pace growth of Global’s data centers, Jonathan has also assumed the role of Program Manager for our online Hosted Review Solutions. He has applied the same high performance technologies to the infrastructure behind our web-based review and document culling tools. The end result is an uncompromising, lightning-fast user experience for our clients.
Apart from technology, much of Jonathan’s time is invested in client relationships. As Program Manager, he is heavily involved in client review workflows and productions on a daily basis. Our loyal customers recognize the difference in Global Legal Discovery’s higher standard of customer care – and Jonathan is no exception to this. His vision for Global Legal Discovery’s Web-Hosted Solutions is to deliver powerful, user-friendly tools straight to the client’s computer, customized for their specific workflow and offering unmatched efficiency and value.
Tim Costello
Project Consultant
Tim Costello has been in the legal document industry since 2002. He has worked on many large projects in many major cities such as Detroit, Washington D.C. and Atlanta. Tim has successfully managed large document productions including Bridgestone Firestone roll over, Compuware v. IBM and many more. Tim deftly handles document production needs for many Global Legal Discovery clients from day to day to long case management projects.
Jeff Rambin
Project Consultant
Jeff has worked in the Litigation Support Services Business For 15yrs. His career, starting in 1992 with Premier Copy Group, has taken him to many notable names in the litigation support industry like Lex Business Solutions, Document Resources and Omnidox. At Global Legal Discovery, Jeff provides services in consulting, forensics evidence collections, data filtering/culling, ESI processing, document review and production. With the years of experience and a proven track record, Jeff successfully manages projects and client expectations.
Brad Ott
Litigation Support Specialist
Brad Ott was born in Albany, Georgia. He received a Bachelors of Applied Science from Valdosta State University, Microcomputer Specialist and Networking Specialist Degree from Valdosta Technical College 2006. He has been in the eDiscovery business for 5 years but has been in the IT industry for 11 years. He is a current employee at Global Legal Discovery as a Litigation Support Specialist. Prior to Global he was an eDiscovery Supervisor at eMag Solutions. He is well diverse in data analysis and the tools to process data for litigation purposes. Brad is married with one child.
Tae Yi
EDD Manager
Tae began working in the field of litigation support in Q1 of 2006 with Document Technologies, Inc the largest independent provider of electronic data discovery across the US. Quickly moving up the ranks from a Production Specialist to Shift Lead, Tae quickly became Production Manager for the National Technology Center for DTI. Now working with Global Legal Discovery as the EDD Manager, Tae is a key part of this fast growing industry and even faster growing company.
